Charge Agreement

Introduction

This agreement is made between Golden Mart Pvt. Ltd and the User to outline the terms and conditions of our services. By registering, the user agrees to abide by these terms to proceed with the matchmaking process.

Service Types & Fees

For individuals residing in Nepal and seeking marriage within Nepal:

Initial Fee: Rs. 5,000
Upon Successful Match: Rs. 50,000 (applies to both parties)
If you connect with a person featured in our advertisement, the initial fee is waived. However, the full service fee must be paid upon a successful match. To proceed, you must contact us via our official Facebook page, referencing the advertisement.

For individuals residing or working in developed countries:

Initial Fee: Rs. 10,000
Upon Successful Match: Rs. 100,000 (applies to both parties)
Similar to the above, if you connect with a person featured in our advertisement, the initial fee is waived, but the full service fee applies after a successful match. Contact us via our official Facebook page for this service.

Service Fee Commitment

If a user refuses to pay the remaining service fee after securing a match, or publicly states they will not pay via social media, Golden Mart reserves the right to publish their success story on our website and official Facebook page. Additionally, legal action may be taken. Users should fully understand this condition before proceeding.

User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Providing false information will result in automatic cancellation of services.
Any financial transactions between users must be conducted at their own risk—the company holds no liability for such dealings.
Users must not share the contact details, photos, or personal information of potential matches without their consent. Violation of this will result in legal action under Nepal’s privacy laws.
Users should actively engage with potential matches and provide timely feedback on the process.

Limitations of Liability

Payment of the initial fee does not guarantee immediate marriage. Our service aims to facilitate introductions, but the success of a match depends on both parties.
We do not guarantee that every user will find a suitable partner through our service.

Privacy Policy

Both parties are required to maintain confidentiality regarding personal information.
The company will use the provided details solely for matchmaking purposes.
